Launched in 2007, the HACR Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers™ (HACR YHCA) program was created to recognize young executives in Corporate America who have shown leadership qualities at their respective companies and a commitment to the Hispanic community. The annual program recognizes between 25-35 young Hispanics at Fortune 500 or HACR corporate member companies who participate in an intensive three-day leadership development, education, and training conference.
HACR’s newest program, the HACR Corporate Achievers Summit (CAS) was created to offer former HACR Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers™ a platform to network with previous YHCA classes and to participate in training sessions that use critical thinking to become better executives and leaders within their companies to fuel the pipeline in Corporate America.
Launched in June 2008 the HACR Corporate Executives Forum™ (CEF) was created to provide the most senior Hispanic corporate executives at Fortune 500 and HACR corporate member companies, with a forum to discuss business issues, challenges, solutions, as well as the opportunity to network with peers from throughout Corporate America and those serving on Fortune 500 and HACR corporate member company boards.
HACR's inaugural Corporate Directors Summit™ premiered May 2008 in New York City. An annual event where individuals currently serving on corporate boards of Fortune 500 and/or HACR corporate member companies share knowledge gained in the corporate boardrooms.
