SALMON, Stanley Roth, Sr. Professor of Retailing, Emeritus; currently researches trends in distribution and issues of organization, logistics, and information systems in retailing; actively serves on the boards of PetSmart, Inc. and Stage Stores, Inc.; former director of Circuit City, Neiman-Marcus Group, and the National Retail Federation. Has written numerous publications including his latest collaboration (with D. Bell and R. Lal), "Globalization of Retailing," a chapter for the new book, The Global Market: Developing a Strategy to Manage Across Borders.
