SAME DAY REGISTRATION IS: $500.00
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations or substitutions or both must be submitted in writing via fax to 202.457.0455 or email to symposium@hacr.org. A full refund will be granted before April 21, 2006. Cancellations received after April 21, are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Confirmed registrants who fail to attend and do not cancel prior to the Symposium will be charge the full registration fee.
