REGISTRATION RATES* *The registration fee covers events starting with the Business Sessions on Monday, April 28. Please note that there is limited capacity for the CEO Roundtable and Closing Reception. Only confirmed participants will be granted access to the CEO Roundtable and Closing. Early Bird Rate (through Friday, January 11, 2008) Non-Profit: $425.00 Corporate/Other: $575.00 Regular Rate (from January 12 through April 18, 2008) Non-Profit: $550.00 Corporate/Other: $700.00 On-site Rate (April 19 through April 29, 2008) Individual/Corporate Registration: $850 CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after March 27, 2008 will be subject to $250.00 Cancellations and/or substitutions must be submitted in writing via fax to (202) 682-0086 or email to symposium@hacr.org. Confirmed registrants who fail to attend and do not cancel prior to the symposium will be charge the full registration fee.
