Fee must be recieved by 5:00 pm EST on December 19, 2008 Non-Profit: $425.00 Corporate/Other: $575.00 Regular Rate Fee must be recieved by 5:00 pm EST on May 1, 2009 Non-Profit: $550.00 Corporate/Other: $700.00 On-site Rate Full Payment must be recieved upon registration. All Registrations: $850 CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after April 17, 2009 will be subject to $250.00 Cancellations and/or substitutions must be submitted in writing via fax to (202) 682-0086 or email to symposium@hacr.org. Confirmed registrants who fail to attend and do not cancel prior to the symposium will be charge the full registration fee.
