Its Mission is:
-To increase the number of Hispanics serving on corporate boards of directors. -To advance the mission of the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility. -To provide continuous education and leadership seminars as well as promotion of HACR's programs, in particular the HACR Program on Corporate Governance at the Harvard Business School.
