The National Hispanic Leadership Agenda (NHLA), a non-partisan coalition of the 40 largest national Latino organizations, as well as distinguished leaders, will release the NHLA annual Congressional Scorecard rating Members of Congress during a press conference on Tuesday, July 26, 2005.

The scorecard identifies and effective measures the performance of Congress on issues of social and economic development such as Education, Economic Empowerment and Mobility, Healthcare, Civil Rights, and Immigration policy, critical to the future of the Latino community and country.
