Mantain current role, but expand to corporations not recognizing the Hispanic market.

Only a small fraction is aware or aware enough.

Corporate membership of 1,000 among Fortune companies operating year round to promote HACR planks, and for HACR to become the key source of information on Hispanics in corporate America.
5. What is the business case for corporate responsibility or inclusion as it relates to employment opportunities?
Hispanics offer the best opportunity to meet U.S. labor force needs through in-house structured outreach, training, and career ladder programs leading to Hispanic representation at all corporate levels.
