1. Hispanics are the largest minority in the nation. What does this mean to corporate America? How should corporate America respond to this changing demographic?

Corporate America needs to make a more genuine effort towards working and serving the Hispanic Community. In order for them to gain the Hispanic loyalty as customers, they need to do much more than just translating "literally" their messages, from English into Spanish. They need to be more sensitive to the needs and culture of our communities if they want us to profess our loyalty to them.

2. What role should HACR have in representing the Hispanic community with corporate America?

HACR needs to strength the relationship with all the National Hispanic organizations, and promote there mission and vision, while at the same time, urge Corporate America for more Hispanic representation, inclusion and promotion of Hispanic appointments, at their corporate levels.

3. Do you think that corporate America is aware what advocacy organizations such as HACR or others do to promote inclusion and corporate responsibility?

A some corporations are aware of the advocacy job that many organization, like HACR do, a few of those pretend “not to be”, but they are still many corporations that do not have a clue about what the Hispanic market and community is all about.

4. HACR is celebrating its 20th Anniversary. What would you like to see for the next 20 years of the organization?

I would like to see HACR as the leading nation wide organization that every corporation would go to, for advice and support on their Hispanic initiatives, inclusion, promotion and programs.

5. What is the business case for corporate responsibility or inclusion as it relates to employment opportunities?

When we manage to achieve the inclusion and promotion of Hispanics at top levels on major corporation in this country, we should have not case or issues, regarding corporate responsibility, inclusion or Hispanic employment.
