MillerCoors CEO to Participate in the 2009 HACR Symposium CEO Roundtable

January 28, 2009

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Leo Kiely of MillerCoors will participate in the 2009 HACR Symposium CEO Roundtable, May 19, 2009 — culminating the 17th Annual HACR Symposium in Dallas, Texas.

“Celebrating and fostering diversity and inclusion is central to our mission of becoming America's best beer company,” said Leo Kiely, chief executive officer, MillerCoors. “We believe it is very important to partner with and invest in the communities we serve and we are proud to participate in the HACR CEO Roundtable.”

The HACR CEO Roundtable provides a forum for HACR’s Corporate Member companies to discuss best practices related to inclusive employment and retention strategies, increasing Hispanic Market Consumer (HCM) outreach, and brand loyalty, diversity in governance, and the increasing importance of the Hispanic consumer to Corporate America.

“We are pleased to have Leo Kiely share his views with those attending the 2009 HACR CEO Roundtable,” said HACR President & CEO, Carlos F. Orta. “At MillerCoors, Leo Kiely continues his commitment to diversity and understands the importance of Hispanic inclusion in all aspects of their business,” added Orta.

The HACR Symposium attracts the nation’s most influential community leaders, government officials, and corporate executives to discuss and identify innovative strategies and effective models for increasing Hispanic inclusion and participation in the corporate responsibility areas of Employment, Procurement, Philanthropy, and Governance.
