HACR announces today that John G. Stumpf, President and CEO of Wells Fargo, will host the 2010 HACR CEO Roundtable. The event will take place on Tuesday, May 18, 2010, during the 18th Annual HACR Symposium in San Francisco, California.
“Our partnership with HACR is another important step in Wells Fargo's continued efforts to better serve our diverse communities in which we live and work. We want to satisfy our customers’ financial needs, and this relationship will help us continue to do just that. That's why we're proud to host the 2010 HACR CEO Roundtable," said Wells Fargo President and CEO John G. Stumpf.
The HACR CEO Roundtable provides a forum for the highest-ranking executives of HACR’s corporate member companies to discuss best practices related to inclusive employment and retention strategies, increasing Hispanic Consumer Market (HCM) outreach and brand loyalty, and diversity in the corporate board room.
“Wells Fargo understands the importance of diverse communities in a highly competitive industry,” said HACR President & CEO Carlos F. Orta. “We are pleased to have Wells Fargo as our first financial institution to host and participate at the HACR CEO Roundtable.”
The HACR Symposium attracts the nation’s most influential grass roots organizations, corporate executives, government officials, and Hispanic business as well as community leaders. The Symposium provides a platform to discuss and identify innovative strategies and effective models for increasing Hispanic inclusion in the key areas of corporate responsibility: Employment, Procurement, Philanthropy, and Governance.
