HACR Wants YOU to Nominate Your Next-Generation Hispanic Corporate Leaders

The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) has opened the nomination process for the 2015 HACR Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers™ (HACR YHCA) program for Fortune 500 and HACR Corporate Member companies.

The nomination process will be open through November 14, 2014. Selected finalists will participate in the annual HACR YHCA program from Sunday, April 26 to Tuesday, April 28, 2015 in Atlanta, Georgia at the Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead.

To be eligible for the HACR YHCA program, nominees should meet the following criteria:

· Must be a U.S. based employee at a Fortune 500 and/or HACR Corporate Member company
· Must be between 25-40 years old at time award is received (April 28, 2015)
· Must be of Hispanic descent*
· Have demonstrated leadership qualities and capabilities within their respective corporations
· Have demonstrated a commitment to the Hispanic community
· Must attend the program for its entire duration: April 26-28, 2015
· Previous HACR YHCA finalists are not eligible to be nominated

Accessing the online nomination form: The new online HACR YHCA nomination form is now live! For access to the secure online nomination form, please email HACR Programs and Initiatives Manager, Emma Etheridge, at eetheridge@hacr.org.

Now in its ninth year, the HACR YHCA program has received nearly 600 nominations and awarded over 200 finalists. The program was created to recognize young Hispanic executives who have made significant leadership contributions in the workplace while upholding a commitment to the Hispanic community.

*HACR has adopted the U.S. Government’s Office of Personnel Management’s definition of Hispanic.
