Prudential to Host Inaugural HACR Leadership Pipeline Program and General Motors Foundation to Serve as HACR STEM Initiative Champion

The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR), is pleased to announce Prudential as the Host Sponsor of its inaugural Leadership Pipeline Program (LPP) and the General Motors Foundation as the HACR STEM Initiative Champion. HACR will host both programs in Washington, D.C. at the Marriott Marquis Hotel, November 2-3.

The HACR LPP and STEM Initiative run concurrently and provide unique opportunities for participants to engage in business sessions to best prepare themselves and their companies for success in an increasingly diverse market. Both programs provide participants significant interaction with corporate, academic, and community leaders from whom they can gain invaluable insights to front the various challenges they may encounter throughout their professional careers.

“We are honored to have Prudential as the Host Sponsor for the inaugural Leadership Pipeline Program and the GM Foundation as the STEM Initiative Champion,” said HACR President & CEO Cid Wilson. “Corporations like Prudential and General Motors understand the importance of diversity and Hispanic inclusion and their correlation with business success as the Hispanic population continues to grow in the U.S.”

The HACR LPP and STEM Initiative will bring together mid-level corporate managers, emerging Hispanic executives, and some of the most influential Hispanic community and corporate leaders to discuss best practices and solutions for Hispanic inclusion at Fortune 500 companies.
