HACR Fuels the Pipeline of Next-Generation Corporate Leaders

HACR Now Accepting Nominations for the 2012 HACR Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers Program™

The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) has opened its window for companies to nominate individuals for the 2012 HACR Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers™ (HACR YHCA) program. The program is scheduled to take place April 15-17 in Chicago, Illinois.

Background:

The HACR YHCA program was created in 2007 to recognize leaders whose unique qualities within their respective fields are balanced with a track record of commitment to the Hispanic community. Participation through the nomination of high potential employees to this program enables companies to fuel the pipeline for the future.

To qualify for the HACR YHCA program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Be between the ages of 25–40 at time award is received (April 17, 2012)
  • Be of Hispanic descent
  • Be a U.S. based employee at a Fortune 500 and/or HACR corporate member company
  • Have shown leadership qualities and capabilities within their respective corporations
  • Have demonstrated a commitment to the Hispanic community
  • Be able to attend the program for its entire duration: April 15-17, 2012 Chicago, IL
  • Previous HACR YHCA winners are not eligible to participate
