HACR to Host Annual Gathering of Corporate Directors and Executives in Washington, DC

The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) will host corporate directors and executives at its annual meetings to be held April 29 – May 1, 2011 in Washington, DC. The gathering will precede the Annual HACR Symposium: The Power of Hispanic Inclusion, kicking off a week of interactive sessions and panel discussions surrounding the advancement of Hispanic inclusion.

The Corporate Directors Summit (CDS) and Corporate Executives Forum™ (CEF) provide a unique opportunity for participants to share best governance practices, discuss business issues, challenges and develop strategies for Hispanics in Corporate America.

The CDS brings together corporate directors currently serving on Fortune 500 and/or HACR corporate member company boards. The CEF welcomes executives from Fortune 500 and/or HACR corporate member companies for an annual meeting to share best practices, exchange views on Hispanic inclusion and explore challenges and solutions for diversity in Corporate America.

“HACR’s programs gather the most respected and influential corporate leaders who have a track record of being involved in the Hispanic community and play an integral role in ensuring Hispanic inclusion at their respective companies,” said Carlos F. Orta, HACR President and CEO. "These programs provide a unique platform to exchange best practices and effective solutions that can be used to implement or improve Hispanic inclusion strategies in Fortune 500 board rooms and companies.”
