Volume 18, Issue 3 of HACR’s Corporate Observer is Now Available

The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) is pleased to present its latest issue of the Corporate Observer.

This issue features a message from HACR President and CEO, Cid D. Wilson, news on the achievements of our Coalition and Corporate Members, and information on our 2015 HACR Leadership Pipeline Program (LPP) and HACR STEM Initiative.

The HACR LPP aims to provide mid and upper level Hispanic executives the unique opportunity to expand their leadership and managerial skills in the workplace. “We are very excited to give young Hispanic talent the unique opportunity to learn best practices from top Hispanic executives and business experts,” said HACR President and CEO Cid D. Wilson.

The HACR STEM Initiative provides a forum for leaders and educators to gather to discuss the barriers that limit Hispanic inclusion in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). “By bringing together academic, community, and corporate leaders, we hope to foster dialogue which will produce real change in the number of Hispanics in the STEM pipeline," said Wilson.

• Cecelia Gaye-Schnell, divisional vice president of the Walmart Logistics Texoma South
• Magaly Muñoz-Mejorado, national diversity relations manager of MGM Resorts International
• Nereida “Neddy” Perez, vice-president and chief diversity officer of Ingersoll Rand
