HACR CEF LEGACY MEMBERS >> PAST HACR CEF PROGRAMS >>

Launched in 2008, the HACR Corporate Executives Forum™ (CEF) was created to provide the most senior Hispanic corporate executives at Fortune 500 and HACR Corporate Member companies with a forum to discuss business issues, challenges, solutions, as well as the opportunity to network with peers from throughout Corporate America and those serving on Fortune 500 and HACR Corporate Member company boards.

The HACR CEF was modeled after the highly successful and influential Executive Leadership Council (ELC), the nation’s premier leadership organization comprised of the most senior African-American corporate executives in Fortune 500 companies, representing well over 380 major corporations with more than 500 members, one-third of them women.

Since its inception, several companies have partnered with HACR as industry exclusive Legacy Members of the CEF with the goal of creating an endowment to support the continued expansion of the program. To date, thanks to the generous support of CEF Legacy Members AARP, The Coca-Cola Company, Dell, GE, Intel, MassMutual Financial Group, McDonald’s, Monsanto, Target, Time Warner, UPS, and Wells Fargo along with contributions from CEF Visionary Members Walmart and the GM Foundation, the endowment has surpassed the $1 Million goal set in 2011.

The tenth annual HACR CEF program will take place on Friday, May 4 – Sunday, May 6, 2018, at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas.

More than 50 corporate executives will participate in a three-day meeting including several business sessions ranging in topics from corporate governance and executive leadership to the business case for Hispanic inclusion and an in-depth look at the changing landscape of the Hispanic community in the United States.

Participation in the annual HACR CEF Program is open to those who meet the following criteria:

Participants must be of Hispanic descent and U.S. based employees at a Fortune 500 and/or HACR Corporate Member company. Additionally, they must meet at least one of the following criteria:

Senior executives within three (3) reporting levels to the CEO
Executives with responsibilities for P&L functions in excess of half a billion dollars
