In 2003, Harvard Business School (HBS) and the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) launched a comprehensive executive education program on corporate governance.

The Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers program is an annual awards and leadership development and networking program that recognizes young Hispanic achievers, between the ages of 25 and 40 years of age, at Fortune 500 companies. Upon selection as a YHCA Honoree, these young Hispanics achievers will be formally recognized as role models for other young, corporate professionals by their respective companies.
