Since the 1993 ground breaking corporate governance study, HACR has systematically researched this topic and is the subject matter expert on it.

In spite of all the gains over the last three decades, Hispanic inclusion on Fortune 500 boards still remains at or around 3 percent. Furthermore, in 2012, there are over 850 Fortune 1000 companies that have no Hispanic inclusion on their boards.
