HACR has formed strategic alliances and partnerships with several influential and leading organizations in the U.S. who share the same commitment to advancing the inclusion of women and minorities in Corporate America.

These strategic alliances and partnerships allow the organizations to achieve greater success by leveraging resources, understanding each other’s best practices, and building trust at all levels of the organizations.

At HACR we understand that strategic alliances and partnerships are key to our success – no one organization can accomplish great success alone. As a coalition of organizations, it is in our DNA!

Our Strategic Partners

The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility is one of the four leadership organizations that make up The Alliance for Board Diversity (ABD).  The other three leadership organizations are Catalyst, The Executive Leadership Council, and Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics, Inc.

DiversifiedSearch, an executive search firm, is a founding partner of the alliance and serves as advisor and facilitator.

These groups share a common goal to enhance shareholder value by promoting inclusion of women and minorities on corporate boards.
