What are HACR’s Executive Programs?
The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) Executive Programs consists of four leadership development programs designed to accelerate the human capital of mid to senior level corporate executives, board members, and rising talent. A selection criteria must be met for participation in each program.
Do I qualify to attend?
The HACR Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers™ (YHCA) is a four-day intensive leadership development, education, and training programs for high potential Hispanic/Latino talent who are early on their career development. The HACR YHCA program was developed to recognize young Hispanics in Corporate America who have shown leadership qualities within their respective corporations and have demonstrated a commitment to the Hispanic community. HACR’s YHCA program plays a pivotal role in identifying and recognizing the best and brightest young Hispanic executives in America. To date, over 1200 candidates have been nominated and more than 375 have been selected as HACR YHCA finalists. Program participants consist of talent currently employed at Fortune 500 and HACR Corporate Member companies, within an age range of 25-40 years old. The HACR Corporate Achievers Summit™ is a three-day leadership development, educational, and training program with a focus on transitioning mid-career talent to the C-suite. HACR’s CAS program was launched in 2011 as a continuation of HACR’s YHCA program. The program provides a support network for these executives through leadership development and educational training sessions, by hearing from C-Suite executives who have made it to the top. The program is only open to HACR Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers™ alumni.
The HACR Corporate Executives Forum ™ (CEF) is a three-day leadership development, educational, and networking program for senior level Hispanic/Latino executives within three reporting levels to the enterprise-wide CEO or for those who have the fiduciary responsibility of profit and loss functions in excess of half a billion dollars. HACR created the CEF program in 2008 to provide the most senior Hispanic corporate executives at HACR Corporate Member and Fortune 500 companies with a forum to discuss business issues, challenges, solutions, and offer the opportunity to network with peers throughout Corporate America. To qualify participants must be U.S.-based Hispanic/Latino C-suite executives at Fortune 500 and/or HACR Corporate Member companies.
The HACR Corporate Directors Summit™ is a three-day leadership and development program that is by invitation only. Launched in 2007, the HACR CDS program convenes Latino Fortune 500 boards executives with one goal in mind. Provide an opportunity to discuss challenging boardroom issues with a changing business, political, and economic environment. Corporate experts lead HACR CDS business sessions through “off-the-record” conversations to encourage candid discussions. Business sessions focus on boardroom issues, boardroom best practices, and strategy development to address the lack of Hispanic inclusion on corporate boards.
